In reply to Tuwana. Hi! Unfortunately, the Dark Roast Arabian Coffee isn't exactly the same as the Low Acid French Roast. However, darker roasts are lower in acidity, so the Dark Roast may be a better option if that's what you're aiming for. If you try, let us know how it is!

Thank you so much for this detailed article. I have tried teas that are supposed to taste like coffee with little success. I would like to enjoy more than one cup of coffee per month. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Do you know if Trader Joes’ “Low Acid” coffee, which I can not longer find at Trader Joes is the same as their Dark Roast Arabian Coffee?

Angelino’s (angelinos.com) has a good selection of regular and flavored coffees, as well as a medium and dark low-acid roast. It comes in whole, ground, k-cup and Nespresso Original.

Don Pablo (donpablocoffee.com) also has a decent low-acid roast in ground and whole bean.

In reply to Debbie. Hi! Volcanica is a low-acid coffee with a pH of 5.4. The coffee has sweeter overtones, but is definitely still a strong blend depending upon your brewing method.

Hi! I’m a little confused. Volcanica dark roast sounds delicious but is it low acid? I need a coffee with flavor! So far I’ve found only no taste low acid coffee…blah!!
